Linbrook grows share of Enfield’s housing repairs business

New 5/10 year partnership covers over 7000 units
The London Borough of Enfield has selected Linbrook Services Ltd as its supply partner for day to day responsive repairs and void management services to the Eastern area of the Borough’s housing stock.

The Eastern area contains over 7000 units including social housing and associated properties. The contract is for a period of five years with an option to extend for a further five.

John Pittarides Special Works Director said, “We are pleased that Enfield has recognised the added value and benefits that we can bring to their residents by partnering with us to manage this significant section of their housing stock.”

Linbrook’s reputation for high quality value-for-money resident-focused services along with their partnership culture and long experience, were key factors in them winning the contract.
