Linbrook’s experience in the public buildings sector includes working with: • Local Authority offices and buildings Linbrook works for Monteray Linbrook is one of a group of companies that provide facilities management specialist Monteray with responsive repairs and maintenance services for British Telecom buildings in the South East. We recently received the following endorsement of our flexibility and high levels of customer care. “Baynard House were having problems with some locked doors so I spoke to Linbrook and was advised engineers would be re-directed as a matter of urgency and they should be with us within an hour. They arrived in just under 40 minutes. They were fantastic, once on site they opened the doors in no time at all which enabled Initial to get in and resolve the OBAS issue. They then disappeared off to get some new barrels and returned and installed them. In all my time with Monteray I have never seen a contractor react in such an unbelievable manner. They were fast, efficient, smart and polite and did the work in record time. I will certainly consider them for further work in the future as it was a pleasure dealing with them.”
