Customer Care
At Linbrook we put the customer at the centre of our service delivery ensuring they receive high quality work and, wherever possible, at a time that suits them. All our people receive training in customer care and listening skills. They understand that their workplace is normally our customer’s home and treat all residents and their property with care and respect. Our fully manned help desk and onsite resident liaison officers (R.L.O.) are always available. They work hard to ensure residents are kept fully informed of how the work is progressing, their questions answered promptly and inconvenience is kept to the minimum. ![]() |
