CityWest Homes has selected Linbrook Services Ltd as their repairs and maintenance partner for its 19 villages across the borough of Westminster. The ten year deal covers all reactive and planned general building repairs as well as the management of void properties. The deal is worth £90 million over the life of the contract making it one of the largest awards in London

Linbrook secured the contract in the face of stiff competition, with its commitment to quality, on time delivery, tenant care and partnership making the difference.

During the selection process CityWest worked hard to ensure that residents had a say in who was appointed and Linbrook’s success can be attributed in a large part to its commitment to customer satisfaction and resident communications initiatives such as its Resident Liaison Programme.
