Monitoring Health and Safety

Linbrook Services Limited uses several different approaches to monitor its health and safety performance. These can be broken down into two main categories:

• Reactive: accident and incident recording and investigations, analysing accident data, and reporting of hazards.

• Proactive: work place inspection, audits, benchmarking, and training.

Linbrook Services Limited prides itself on being a proactive company rather than just reactive.

By being proactive we promote a positive health and safety culture, and this reflects in the reduction in accidents/incidents and high levels of compliance with health and safety procedures.

The safety team actively carries out work site-based inspections on a regular basis.
