We know our people are our most important asset, they are the ones that deliver the Linbrook service. We demand high levels of commitment from them and treat them with care and respect. We do our best to keep them safe, train them well and treat them equally with care and respect.
At Linbrook we believe that the key to doing the best job is having the best people. Our policy of using direct employees where ever possible allows us to only employ qualified and experienced people then provide training programmes to hone and broaden their skills. To maintain a flow of skilled staff Linbrook runs a Modern Apprenticeship Scheme in conjunction with the CITB and local colleges. Also our policy of using directly employed staff wherever possible along with our dedicated in-house resources gives us greater control over staff approach, attitude and the quality of delivery as well as managing peaks and troughs in demand.  |
