Health and Safety
At Linbrook Services Limited we believe it is essential to manage safety efficiently. There are a number of reasons for this but generally they fall into three categories:
Legal – health and safety is both a criminal and civil matter
Financial – failure to manage safety can have serious financial implications such as fines, loss of productivity, higher staff turnover, increased training costs and insurance premiums
Moral – a matter of common humanity
To allow us to manage safety efficiently we have our own in-house safety team which is responsible for:
• Promoting a positive safety culture.
• Preserving employees health, safety, and welfare
in the workplace.
• Policies and procedures.
• Ensuring adherence to codes and standards.
• Providing safety training.
• Ensuring the compliance of legislation within the company.
• Managing inspections and audits.
• Producing safety plans.
Ensuring production of risk and COSHH assements
The safety department also provides independent advice to employees to enable them to fulfil their duties.
