 Health and Safety Training We offer our employees a wide range of safety training courses including:
In addition all of our operatives receive regular toolbox talks in accordance with the CITB GT 700 series Others are out sourced to reputable companies, which specialise in providing more specific training. Linbrook Services Ltd is committed to ensuring all our operatives gain NVQ level 2 within their specific trade and work closely with the Construction Industry Training Board (Construction Skills) under the Train to Gain scheme. Our Supervisors are also required to achieve NVQ Level 3 under this programme. All Contract Managers will have attended the CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme Training by July 2009. While the majority of courses are job specific, Linbrook Services Limited provides all employees with induction training prior to starting work. Induction training is undertaken to introduce the employee to the company and to inform them of the procedures in place to protect their health, safety and welfare whilst at work, and to make them aware of company policies, codes and standards within the company.
