Our call and job management system, ‘LION’, enables efficient logging and processing of all aspects of the work, providing up to date information to both client and resident. With ‘LION’s ability to easily interface to our customers’ systems and rapidly communicate to our people in the field, we have been able to achieve significant improvement in efficiency and resident satisfaction. LION is optimised to meet the needs of the repairs and maintenance industry and because it is developed by us we can rapidly respond to changes in the needs and processes of individual clients, a key enabler of our partnering model. LION allows us to manage the whole repairs and maintenance process. At one end easily communicating with and assigning operatives via remote hand held computers (PDAs), improving efficiency by around 25%, while at the other end communicating with our clients either by direct interfacing to their systems or providing them access to LION though remote terminals ensuring fast response with the elimination of errors due to the need for multiple data entry. ![]() ![]() |
