Our Workforce Development Programme provides opportunities for continual advancement through internal training in areas such as customer care, quality management and environmental protection as well as external courses to develop their individual skills and expertise.

Our specially developed work based learning scheme offers all operatives the opportunity to gain NVQ level 2 and 3 in their specialist trade and qualify for CSCS accreditation.

Supervisors are encouraged to develop their management and coaching skills though specific management training courses.
Linbrook offers staff day release through its Modern Apprentice Scheme and Trainee Quantity Surveyor programme.
